The DREAM IT, BE IT program can help girls plan their futures! Soroptimist’s Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls helps girls in grades 9-12 grow up to be strong, successful, happy adults. The program provides them with access to professional role models, career education and the resources to live their dreams.
By participating in this fabulous program, girls can learn about career opportunities, setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles to success and moving forward after setbacks.

• T-shirt, snacks and lunch provided
• Food, fun, prizes and more
It's a day of career support and enrichment just for you. Participating seniors even have an opportunity for scholarships.
Dream It, Be It is a free program hosted by the Soroptimist Clubs of the Tri-Cities that connects young girls in grades 9-12 with the resources to live your dreams. This includes education planning and mentoring by professional role models to help you develop your long-term career goals.

The Dream It, Be It conference is organized locally by members of Soroptimist International of Three Rivers and Soroptimist International of Pasco-Kennewick. The curriculum covers areas where you need knowledge and skills to realize your dreams. This know-how can be applied to any goals you identify throughout your education and beyond. The conference covers topics such as Discovering Your Dreams, Exploring Careers, Creating Achievable Goals, Rising Above Obstacles, Turning Failure into Success and Putting Dreams into Action.
