SI of Three Rivers has been working diligently and joyfully on outreach that strengthens and deepens our commitment to the local community. For instance, we have built a great relationship with the Kiona-Benton City (Ki-Be) School District.

During the holidays, we stopped by to donate food as well as backpacks, clothing, hygiene products and other needs to help Benton City families, women and girls.

During the Ki-Be school year, SI3R instituted our new Tools for Success project, which helps remove barriers to education for economically challenged girls. In partnership with school counselors, SI3R chose seven high school seniors who met the economic and academic criteria to benefit from Tools for Success. At the the end-of-year celebration assembly, we awarded each of the graduates a new computer to support their pursuit of opportunities in higher education or the trades that lead to economic empowerment.

SI3R is so proud of our awardees and honored to give back to such a deserving community.
